4. Open the window when wake up in the morning.
This habit is intended to allow change air circulation and let morning sun into the bedroom.We can breathe the fresh air and take a lot of Vitamin D from the morning sun.


5. Take your breakfast.
Breakfast is useful for replacement of lost energy during sleep and is the base energy to do activities.

6. Eat regularly and contains nutrients that fit the needs of the body.
Every people has different nutritional need, and this depends on several factors. For example : infants, adolescents, adults and older people has a different nutritional needs, as well as for the people who use a lot of power/energy and who do not in they activity.

7. Make a habit of exercising.
Exercise can improve fitness, reduce stress, maintain weight, and other health benefits.

Cleanliness is the base of health, almost everyone know that.

9. Drink water before sleep.
This habit can prevent body hydrated during sleep.

10. Go to bed on time at night and avoid staying up late.
